The paper introduces an ab initio theoretical model based on an operative definition of space time, regarded as a combination of the fundamental constants of the nature. The paper shows that significant concepts of quantum mechanics and relativity are straightforward consequence of the proposed definition of space time.
Some cosmological implications of the model are also shown.
